The service charge
It covers the shared gardens and grounds, the community hub and general upkeep. We’ll show you the figure, and how it’s reviewed, before you decide.
No exit fees
We don’t charge a fee when you sell or move on. You’d just have the usual moving costs, such as solicitor fees.
